A Note From Hayley

In my 10+ year journey from solo freelance graphic designer to Bobby Mac boss lady, I’ve grown a lot. But my north star hasn't changed—I'm still about building brands that matter. They’re the kind of brands you fall in love with for their personality, soul and substance.

As a designer, I obsess over detail, but not until the big picture is clear. Building a memorable brand takes strategy, insight and intention. Pretty colours alone won't cut it.

In our creative studio, I stay connected to every client project. Honestly, I don't want to ever get off the tools (tried that—was miserable). So if you choose to work with Bobby Mac, I'll be your primary go-to for design chats and be on your case, asking alllll of the questions to dig just a little (or a lot) deeper into why you do what you do.

Working with us is simple, enjoyable and rewarding. Every project is different, however, they all follow these 3 stages no matter how big or small – Understanding, Ideation and Execution.

  • Every angle, image and colour has a purpose. The end result not only looks beautiful, but it’s made with the vision to add value to your business for years to come.

  • Your story is unique – your brand should be too. So we add personal touches like hand-lettering, illustration or pattern to help your brand stand out and feel completely you.

  • Nothing erodes customer trust like seeing clumsy and contradictory design elements everywhere. As a multidisciplinary design studio, we won’t let that happen to you.

We are a hybrid team of wonderfully driven, passionate and talented people working globally from all over Australia.

Here at Bobby Mac, we empower and collaborate with freelance professionals to form a remote workforce that supports and embodies work-life balance. We love collaborating with photographers, copywriters, and marketing gurus to name a few. We want nothing more than to share the sense of autonomous accomplishment of running a successful business with others as we have done.
