FAQs

  • That depends on what project we look at working on together. We are happy to go off, do our thing and deliver all files at the end of the day. However, if it is something that requires feedback or workshopping for example, yes, you will need to be available.

  • We will virtually collaborate on the day using any of the following tools: Teams, Whatsapp or Slack (online chat), Zoom (video calls) and/or Voxer (voice messages).

    We will use Markup to gather feedback from you directly on the artwork file we send you.

    Email will be used for all other stages of communication.

  • We can book you in for an extra half or full day to complete any additional work you have on your to-do list.

    Email us if you need a hand figuring out how much time is needed for your tasks.

  • We do not offer payment plans for our full-day service.

  • We will send you a checklist of what’s needed prior to our booked day. It will look a little something like this:

    1. Signed service agreement

    2. All final content to complete the project (copy, images and links, logins)

    3. All of your brand assets in a usable file format (Ai, EPS or PDF) incl. logo, brand guidelines, fonts, etc)

    4. 30-minute strategy call booked at least 2 days before our VIP day.

      The more we have organised prior to the day the more efficient and more work we can do!

  • Yes! One set of revisions. Once you have received your project, you are welcome to email us with updates to fonts, colours, images or copy.

  • There’s no limit to the tasks you can send over, but we’ll work within the set timeframe. Just share your to-do list (in order of priority), and we’ll let you know what we can tackle!
